YUM!!!

Hello All,

I know i’ve been MIA for a bit, but my lovely hard drive decided it wanted to move onto a new land… Therefore, I had to buy a new hard drive and wait for installation …. Meep, But here I am again…

So tonight on the menu is… GLUTEN FREE DINNER ROLLS….

I was craving a nice piece of fresh bread, but had less then 45 minutes to prepare … OH NO

Then…

The rolls were made in less then an hour and perfectly delicious…

Side Note: My cat just noticed her scratch pad is back (My Lap top)

Okay, lets get down to the details…

Ingredients: 

1⃣ 4 Cups of Gluten Free Bread Flour or (All purpose Flour)

2⃣ 1 Cup of Warm Water

3⃣ 1/3 Cup of Olive Oil

4⃣ 1/3 Cup of Sugar

5⃣ 1 Packet of Yeast

6⃣ 2 Eggs

7⃣ 1/2 Tsp of Salt

Instructions: 

Preheat oven at 400 degrees / Bake for 15 – 18 minutes

1⃣ In a large mixing bowl add the Water, Oil, Yeast, Sugar –> mix and let sit for 15 minutes

2⃣ Then –> Add the Flour, Salt and 1 Egg —> Mix for 5 – 6 minutes until all the ingredients are sticking together

3⃣ If the dough is sticky add in a 1/2 of Cup of Flour at a time until the dough is no longer sticky

4⃣ Let the dough sit for 5 minutes

5⃣ After 5 minutes –> Break the dough into 12 round balls

6⃣ Grease an 8 x 10 pan —> Place dough balls inside and let sit for 10 minutes

7⃣ Put the last egg in a bowl and scramble –> Take a brush and coat the top of each roll with the mixture

8⃣ Place in the oven and bake for 15 – 18 minutes until golden brown…

Finally… Enjoy
