Image Okay, now who doesn’t love eating a pile mash potatoes? I know that I am a true lover of the potato family, but I also like to maintain a healthier diet 90% of the time.

Therefore, I decided to try out Cauliflower Mash Potatoes. I have always been a fan of Cauliflower since I was a child and wanted to conquer the bouquet of veggies once and for all.

Ingredients for the Mash:

1⃣  Bouquet of Cauliflower 2⃣  2 Cloves of Garlic 3⃣  1 Tablespoon of Dill 4⃣  2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil 5⃣  Optional: Beet Chip Garnish 6⃣ 1/2 cup of milk (I used unflavored almond milk)


Instructions for the Mash:

1⃣ Cut up Cauliflower into medium size chunks 2⃣ In a Large pot bring water to boil 3⃣ Add 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil 4⃣ Once water begins to boil add Cauliflower for 12 – 15 Minutes - Lower heat and let simmer 5⃣ After 12 - 15 minutes strain cauliflower and add to the blender or food processor with dill and garlic cloves 6⃣ Add 1/2 cup of milk and blend (Add more if needed)


After all the ingredients are blended, you can add to a sauce pot and add any additional seasonings to spice up your mash and ENJOY!!

I garnished my mash with homemade Beet Chips :) Delicious (I will be posting the recipe soon)
