Now as my close friends know, I am all about the protein :+) I was introduced to a brilliant new way of preparing my oatmeal by a female named Patricia Sham via instagram… She has an awesome video tutorial on her You Tube channel linked below...

So why is this the best Protein Packed Oatmeal..... ??

Have you ever thought of dropping an EGG in your oatmeal?? NEVER, but guess what it is pretty amazing let me tell you..

Ingredients: 

1⃣ 2 Cups of Oatmeal 2⃣ 1 3/4 Cups of water 3⃣ 1 Peach 4⃣ 1 Banana 5⃣ Nutmeg to taste 6⃣ 1 Egg 7⃣ 1/2 Cup of Almond milk 8⃣ 1 Scoop of your favorite protein

Instructions: 

First Step

Fruit: 

1⃣  Set Oven to 350 degrees 2⃣ Slice the Peach and Banana 3⃣ Place on baking sheet and sprinkle Nutmeg on top 4⃣ Cook for 6 - 8 Minutes

After 3 Minutes into the baking process begin your Oatmeal

Oatmeal:

1⃣ Bring the water to a boil 2⃣ Once the water comes to a boil throw in the Oatmeal and stir 3⃣ When the Oatmeal begins to thicken add in 1 scope of your favorite protein and stir 4⃣ Now add in your lovely egg(s) (Optional: Egg whites only) and Stir till cooked 5⃣ In a sauce pan heat up  1/2 a cup of almond milk (Optional) 6⃣ Add Oatmeal to a bowl then top with your fruit 7⃣ Then around the rim of the Oatmeal add the warm Almond milk 8⃣ Enjoy your Protein Packed Oatmeal

Each whole egg is 6 grams of protein / Egg White 3.6 grams

Now do you understand why its SO Amazing!!!! a great healthy breakfast packed with protein....
