For Mothers Day - I decided to treat my mom to a healthy breakfast before the cheat day started!!!
These pancakes were amazing and packed with PROTEIN, POTASSIUM & IRON! :)
Way to jump start your morning right?
On to the ingredients...
1⃣ 2 Cups -- Oat Flour
2⃣ 1 Cup -- Spinach
3⃣ 1 Ripe Banana
4⃣ 1 3/4 Cups -- Almond Milk
5⃣ 1 - Scoop -- Now Sports Soy Protein (Your favorite Protein)
6⃣ Raspberries (Topping)
7⃣ Cashews (Topping)
Place all the Ingredients into your handy Blender and there you go!!!
Your magical protein pancakes are ready to cook up and enjoy!!
